I'm starting the next phase of my life.

I finished my prescribed treatment at a facility and I'm back home in L.A.

I will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help my work on the issues I confronted in treatment.For now, I'm getting back to my regular routine and spending time with my family and close friends. I'm so grateful to all of my fans for their support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.

While my future professional plans remain unclear.I will continue to focus first and foremost on my well-being.

I checked into a treatment center for emotional and physical issues in late October after a fight with a dancer, Alex Welch, on the Jonas Brothers World Tour. What was described as a short, physical altercation was settled in time for Christmas, and Welch told PEOPLE I'm ready to move on.

I know I need the help and I know that I'm where I need to be right now.

Earlier this month, I took to my official Facebook page to express my gratitude to fans who stuck by me.
I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time.

Thank you for standing beside me through it all.

It remembers me that you didn't forget me.♥
